DIDA (diisodecyl adipate) in food

A plastic softener used in some films and tubing. FDA background

What's a lot?

No US agency publishes a daily limit for DIDA (diisodecyl adipate) that we can cite yet, so we show levels without a yardstick.

ppb means micrograms per kilogram of food: 100 ppb is 100 µg in 2.2 lb of food. A daily limit is about long-run averages; one high day is not the same as eating it every day.

Foods highest in DIDA (diisodecyl adipate)

FDA's Total Diet Study does not report DIDA (diisodecyl adipate).
